Bellow are protective elements , consisting of a flexible bellow section and two connecting parts for fixing.

Bellow can follow axial movements within the limits from L min ( length when compre- ssed) to L max ( length when extended ).

Bellows cannot accept any substantial over pressure or under pressure because they deformed too much.

Diaphragms can be integrated with reinforcing materials to improve performance where durability , changing pressures and vacuums are applicable requirements utilizing a layer of fabric a thin walled diaphragm can withstand high pressures while maintaining its flexibility and responsiveness. Common reinforcing materials include nylon , polyester and silk.

Diaphragm can also be bonded to metal or plastic substrates to achieve a one piece assembly. Benefits of bonded inserts include durability , ease of assembly , minimized assembly costs and reduce likelihood of leak paths caused by traditional assembly methods.

These seals are used to testing the vehicle rim for any kind of leakage.

We have successfully designed, developed and manufactured the Seals with all the Mold developments, fixtures and holders required for the same.
